DV is a double insulated, flexible, low smoke zero halogen, flame retardant, 110°C rated cable with a tinned copper wire braid. Available in both single core and multicore, DV is commonly specified and installed in Shipboard, Marine and Panel Wiring applications, and carries Llyods, ABS and DNV approvals. The Class 5 flexible, tinned copper conductor offers superior flexibility allowing for ease of installation. We maintain UK stock of multiple sizes and core configurations of BV cable for fast delivery.
One of our newest products, Sureflex RX cable is a multicore, double insulated, flame retardant, 90°C rated, flexible cable. With Class 5 conductors and a steel wire braid the cable is suitable for both fixed and temporary application, and has a voltage rating of 0.6/1kV. RX is UV stabilised and manufactured gen. to BS7889, making it a perfect replacement for crumbling SY cables. We currently manufacture this cable as a 4c 1.5mm², but will be adding more sizes and core configurations soon.
